1. What devices/scenarios do you most often change batteries in?

I currently own many flashlights due to my flashlight collection, each with a different type of battery. When hiking or camping, I usually bring several flashlights and plenty of spare batteries, as a necessity.

2. How many batteries do you usually need? When hiking, I usually bring six batteries: three for three flashlights and three as backups.

3. What chargers and batteries are you currently using? What bothers you?

Currently I am using a liitokala Lii 100C charger and have various types of flashlight batteries: wurkkos18350 1100mAh, wurkkos 18650 3000mAh, Acebeam 18650 2600mAh, Wurkkos 21700 5000mAh, wurkkos 26800 7500mAh. The annoying thing about this charger is that it only has one battery slot so when I have a sudden outdoor event and need a lot of batteries this will be difficult, because it can only charge 1 battery, and this charger cannot fit a 26800 battery because it is too long, so I can only charge this battery from the flashlight I have, but I am a bit afraid, because charging from the flashlight if done too often can damage the driver / electronic components of the flashlight. The second annoying thing, this charger can only output 2A when charging, so it will take a little longer when charging. The third annoying thing is that this charger doesn’t have a feature to check the battery capacity. I’ve bought used laptop batteries several times, so this feature would be very useful to check the original capacity of the battery, whether the battery is still usable or not.

Dear XTAR team, has the announcement of the winners of the initial giveaway been postponed to another date? Thank you for your reply. Sincerely, Ina.

Iโ€™ve been seeing XTAR mentioned in flashlight and RC communities and always wanted to try your products. Finally a good opportunity to test and experience the best!

Iโ€™m a heavy multi gadget user. Most battery changes happen with Gaming keyboard, gaming mouse, EDC flashlight, headlamp power cuts are very common in my area + night rides. Party speaker, TV/Set-top box, fan and AC remotes. Gaming controller & RC cars weekend hobby with my son.

Basically, batteries die at the worst possible moments especially on weekends when we have gaming sessions and family party. In the scorching heat and unpredictable electricity, Iโ€™m constantly replacing cells in these devices.

At any given time I easily keep 20-25 AA/AAA batteries in rotation. Sometimes even more during long power outage days. I’m currently using cheap local alkaline batteries Amazon Basics when on sale and a basic slow charger.

The problems I face are:

Batteries die very fast in gaming peripherals and flashlight (especially in summer heat)

Leakage issues in some cheap cells which ruined one of my expensive remotes last year.

No proper way to check remaining charge, I keep guessing and suddenly everything stops working.

Chargers take forever and I can never tell if the battery is actually full or not.

I need batteries that last long, donโ€™t leak, and a smart charger thatโ€™s fast, safe and tells me the exact status. Would love to test XTAR products honestly and share real user feedback. I use these gadgets almost daily, so youโ€™ll get genuine long-term usage report. Thank you for this opportunity!
