XTAR was pleased to support the SPARC Ahititi Prop Match, held on 11 July in Ahititi, North Taranaki, New Zealand. As one of the sponsors of the event, we supplied a selection of rechargeable lithium batteries and intelligent chargers as prizes and giveaways, supporting competitors and introducing reliable rechargeable power solutions to New Zealand’s growing precision shooting community.

Supporting the SPARC Series

SPARC (Precision and Practical .22 LR) is a series of precision and practical rimfire shooting events held throughout New Zealand’s North Island. Designed for shooters of all experience levels, the series combines positional shooting, multiple target engagements and practical field-style challenges in a welcoming and community-focused environment.

The Ahititi Prop Match took place at one of New Zealand’s well-regarded shooting venues in North Taranaki. The course featured stable props, multiple target stages and the challenging wind conditions that often test both shooting skills and equipment. In keeping with SPARC’s commitment to making the sport accessible, rifle hire was available throughout the event, with first-time competitors able to use a rifle free of charge.

Reliable Rechargeable Power for the Outdoors

We sponsored a range of rechargeable batteries and chargers for the event, including:

• AA and AAA 1.5V rechargeable lithium batteries
• 14500, 18650 and 21700 lithium-ion batteries

A selection of versatile chargers to suit different applications, including the VX2 Pro, L8, L8 Pro, MX8 and PB2SL V2 2-in-1 charger and power bank.

These products were provided as giveaways during the event, giving participants an opportunity to experience XTAR’s rechargeable battery ecosystem firsthand.
